The highlights were: - Ambiance - excellent interior of the hotel (e.g., common areas, hallways) - Room size: decently sized room for 1-2 person - Bed: clean, firm but not too firm of a bed (note: provided only 1 pillow per person) - Cleaning staff: if you put the "don't disturb" sign on your door, they still give you a bottle of water and extra toilet paper - Staff: very welcoming, helpful and friendly - Air Conditioner: works but because the electricity only runs when you are in the room (room key), when you return the humidity and heat builds and lingers until your AC runs for a bit - Location: because it was near China Town, you get access to the markets, food, coffee shops and mini marts are all accessible via walking; main attractions can be easily accessed by walking or Grab/taxi - room is provided with the general hotel necessities (e.g., safe, soap, shampoo, body soap.

Loved the room with the pool table and the fact you can wash your clothes for 0.60baht and dry your clothes also for 0.60 baht nothing worse when it is humid sweaty weather and your clothes need a wash daily. Breakfast was basic, only 2 choices of fruit and 1 choice of eggs prepared and 1 choice of sausages, with yoghurt, cereal, toast and hot dishes suitable for lunch or dinner menu's although for 2.70baht cheap ,so if really hungry limited choices available. Able to store luggage there as well which is a big bonus when checking out

It is a good option for a very short stay in Bangkok. The hotel is actually quite beautiful and comfortable, but the room is nothing more than a box. It is quite small and I don't buy this "we only use the room to sleep" thing. If that is you, then go ahead. The place is nice, location is fine and fun (Chinatown), the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is simple but enough. But if you have need "downtime" in a hotel then I am not sure I would recommend this one.

We absolutely loved our stay at the W22 it was tip from a really cool tuk tuk driver, after looking around on the we we realized he was right, best value, great location, the real Bangkok experience, we loved coming back to the hotel everyday after a day exploring the city, highly recommend to anyone who wants to really experience the best of Bangkok

interesting hotel near Chinatown and the MRT which is why I chose it. Big comfortable lobby for sitting but no restaurant or cafe. It’s in a weird area and I thought it was skid row. Many ladies of the night on the street but maybe that’s true everywhere in Bangkok. the room had a safe and big enough for a laptop and water was provided every day
